Last week was "off the hook"! Steve Lucky and the Rhumba Bums
featuring Miss Carmen Getit brought down the house! And our own
Charleston All Stars were awesome! Can you believe they learned that
routine in just four weeks?!? We had tons of visitors as well as
plenty of our regulars. Thank you for all of your support. And, a big
thanks to the Northern California Lindy Society (

for their support of this event! We look forward to bringing you even
more great events!

1. THIS WEEK: Series Classes Week 2. DJ Scott!!

7pm-8pm: Level 2 with Trevor & Andrea
Intermediate Lindy Series -- "Attaining Perfection"
*** We need FOLLOWS for this series class ***
This 4 week series class not only will give you some cool moves, but
it'll also give you cool moves that will help you dance better. A lot
goes into dancing the Lindy Hop well: rhythms, connection, balance,
communication, improvisation, listening. This series class is
designed to challenge your dancing on these different aspects and
will help push you forwards on your journey to becoming a better
Lindy Hopper.
This series is suitable for the intermediate Lindy Hop dancer with 8+
months of continuous dancing experience. No partner required.

8pm-9pm: Level 1 with Trevor & Audrey
Beginner Lindy Hop Series -- "20's Charleston In Your Lindy"
This 4 week series class will teach you the basics of 20's style
Charleston, will give you lots of fun variations to put into it, and
will also show you how to get in and out of it from side by side dance
position. Charleston is a wonderful dance that's a part of the Lindy
Hop that will get you dancing to faster tempos with ease! This series
is suitable from the absolute beginner with no dance experience to
dancers with 4-6 months of Lindy Hop dance experience.
No experience is necessary! No partner necessary! Just bring your
enthusiasm!
Schedule & Pricing:

Just $40 for each 3-week series class!
9-12am - Dance Party, Food, Fun, DJ Scott ($7)
8-9pm - Beginner Lindy Hop Class ($40 series / $14 drop-in)
7-8pm - Intermediate Lindy Hop Class ($40 series / $14 drop-in)
** Cash, check or Credit Cards are accepted before 10pm.
After 10pm we accept cash or check for admission.
