faces we have not seen for awhile (you know who you are)! We hope
that Wednesday Night Hop is your home away from home. Have a snack,

1. THIS WEEK-- Grad Nite - "Be True To Your School" --DJ Alex, Performances!

Hey Swing Kids! We are having our Grad Nite party, "Be True To Your
School!"
We will have great music with DJ Alex, performances with the Swing Cats,
a contest, great mixers, and more. Feel free to wear your school garb
(sweatshirts, band uniform, cheerleader outfit, letterman sweater),
and we will vote for the Most Spirited! Invite your friends! School's
almost out, so let's celebrate! Hooray!

2. July 2nd -- Red, White, and Blues Party -- Special Classes!

"Wear something red, or something white,
Get your blues on and dance all night."
Come join us for a night of fun on July 2nd at our special Red, White
& Blues Party. We're kicking off the night with some inspiring blues
classes to spice up your lindy. Then, we will be sparking up the night
with great music and dancing all night. Make sure to wear Red, White
or Blue and join the fun!
One Day Workshops with Megan & Gilles

** 8-9 pm Level 1
Blues Style - Fun blues moves to add to your lindy.
This class will teach fun blues styling and movement into your lindy
hop. Filled with fun moves and practical exercises to expand your
lindy with blues.
** 7-8 pm Level 2
Advanced Blues - Integrate blues styling, technique and connection
into your lindy hop.
Advanced Blues will help focuses on your lead and follow skills to
better communicate with your partner. We'll integrate blues styling,
technique and connection into your lindy hop. Come learn some great
technique and moves and expand your lindy horizons.

Check Out Our Awesome June Classes! We're on week 3 of classes feel
free to drop on in!
Level 2 - Intermediate Lindy Hop Series with Trevor & Audrey
Dips, Lifts and Aerials! "Movin' On Up" from the basement to the
penthouse. This class is filled with some down to the ground moves,
and high flying fun. Get ready to take your lindy up and down with
this exciting new series in June.
Level 1 - Beginner Lindy Hop Series with Gilles & Laura
Kickin' Lindy: Integrating Charleston into your Lindy Hop
This class will help you master entrances and exits into Tandem and
Side by Side Charleston. Plus, lots of fun Charleston variations to
boot. Come kick it with us in June.

4. Speed Shim Sham Contest

Brush up on your Shim Sham! For the next few weeks, we will be doing
the Shim Sham every Wednesday in preparation for our Speed Shim Sham
Contest. Have questions about the steps, come and see us at the DJ
booth. Stay tuned for more contest details!
