Mark Your Calendars! WNH Lindy Prom is coming up NEXT WEEK on May 19th! The theme this year is "Tuxedo Junction"! We will celebrate with live music from Fil Lorenz Orchestra and we will be opening up the ENTIRE DANCE FLOOR for the evening! Dress to the nines and record the evening for posterity in the free photo booth! Don't miss the performance by Swing Cats Rhythm Revue during the band break!

2. May Series Classes with Trevor & Audrey! FLASH MOB!

*** WEEK 2! ***
Trevor and Audrey will be give you some of life long lindy lessons folded into choreographed material that will be used for a Flash Mob in June!
What is a Flash Mob?
A flash mob is an organized routine done at some random location like a mall or train station. A particular song comes on and those who are in on the secret suddenly drop everything and "spontaneously" dance a choreographed sequence!
You can still sign up for the series at a pro-rated price this week. Trevor and Audrey will review all the material covered in the previous week so you can catch up!
Level 1 - Lindy Hop: 6-counts & 8-counts Mixing Your Basics!
8:15 - 9:15pm
There are several ways to put together your basic footwork in Lindy Hop! Trevor and Audrey will give you two of the most common ways the footwork is done as well as how to move from one patten to the other seamlessly. This material will also cover Jazz Movement and will be incorporated into the FLASH MOB that will be performed sometime in June and/or July! Be prepared for a fun-filled summer of swing!
Level 2 - Lindy Hop: Express What Lies Within
7:15 - 8:15pm
Trevor and Audrey love to perform and believe that you are not only connecting with each other, the music and the floor but with the whole room wherever you dance AND the dance itself and it's history. There are so many levels of these kinds of connections and each layer adds enjoyment and excitement to the dance. Trevor and Audrey will consider this idea while teaching material that will be used for a FLASH MOB in June and/or July!

Class includes free admission to the dance party.
7:15pm - Level 2 Intermediate Lindy Hop ($40 series, $14 drop-in)
8:15pm - Level 1 Beginning Lindy Hop ($40 series, $14 drop-in)
9:15pm - 11:45pm - Dance Party! ($7 Dance party)
($60 for both series, $21 to drop in both Level 1 & 2)
Cash, Checks or Credit Cards are accepted before 10pm.
Only cash or checks accepted after 10pm.

WNH is launching a discount price policy for high school and college aged individuals! Show proof of age 24 and younger at the front desk for half off the price of series classes. If you are over 24 years old, but still carry enough credits to qualify as a full-time student, you are still eligible for the discount. Bring in your full-time class schedule for that semester or quarter to get the discount. Dances are also discounted to a $5 admission cost. Drop-in classes are not discounted.
Discount policy for 24 and younger or full-time students:
$25 for series classes (regularly $50)
$14 or $15 for drop-in classes (same as regular price)
$5 for the dance only (regularly $7 or $10 on band night)

*** PUNCH CARDS & 2-FOR-1 COUPONS! ***
Wednesday Night offers $70 value pre-paid punch cards for entrance to the dance only. Each card gets you 10 admissions to the dance party be it a band night or a special party or performance. No more messing around with cash at the door. Just present your card and sign in!
If you signed up for the class series and you would like to introduce Lindy Hop to someone who has never been to Wednesday Night Hop before, ask your instructor for a 2-for-1 coupon. You can sign up for your next series class for only $25 for the continuing student and $25 for the brand new dancer! Spread the gospel of swing!
