Whoa! What a fun and fantastic anniversary party! Thanks to Stompy Jones for bringing back their terrific sound to Wednesday Night Hop.
Richard and Margot brought some "Brookies - 1 part brownie, 1 part cookie, and 2 parts awesome" to whet our appetites for the Spring Bake-Off on April 21st. Bring your home baked goodies and taste test everyone else's! Vote for your favorite, and, if yours is the deemed the best, you win a prize!

Times they are a changin'! New blood on the Wednesday Night Hop team! We are happy and excited that Jeff Clark, Coleen Colla and Pinar Bailey will be helping out on the floor and behind the scenes at WNH!

You can still drop in to some great classes this week. Don't miss out on taking classes from Adam Boehmer while he is here! Adam has a great attitude and philosophy of dance that is worthwhile to experienced in class and on the floor.
DJ Scott Dylewski is back in the house! Hooray! Since moving to SF, we don't get to see Scott as often as we'd like to in our parts anymore, so come out and see him while he's spinning the tunes this week!

2. April Series: Guest Teacher Adam Boehmer and Pinar Bailey! Gabe & Andrea!

*** 2nd WEEK! ***
Adam Boehmer and Pinar Erciyas Bailey are teaching a 3-week series, coinciding with Adams visit to the Bay Area, for the Level 2 class this month! Here are a few words about Adam!
An avid jazz dancer for over a decade, Adam invokes the spirit within. He is often sought after as an entertaining instructor and performer, or sometimes just to show up; his positive energy is relentless.
As a teacher, he presents an honest and fresh perspective on dance and boils down advanced concepts into graspable, concrete information. He believes that a good instructor is one-part dancer, one-part comedian and one-part poet. As a competitor and performer, he brings a jovial and effervescent feel to the floor. Confident in Jazz Dance as a path to one’s overall individualism, Adam stresses the break-down of preconceived notions concerning style, culture, and gender roles in dance.
He is currently on a one-year roadtrip with his partner, teaching dance and making art.

Level 1 - Lindy Hop: Foundations in Lindy Hop
8:15 - 9:15pm
This month's series will teach you the basics on which to build a fun and healthy passion for Lindy Hop. The class is well suited for people who have had 0 to 3 months experience in Lindy Hop. So, if you want to start swingin' or just improve your fundamentals, come on out for a great class. We will cover a variety of 8-count footwork, rhythms, and movements.
Level 2 - Lindy Hop Fix-It Shop
7:15 - 8:15pm
This 3-week series will help expand your swing-out into a more breathable, organic rhythm. Once we hone in on this feeling, we'll keep it going in some fun new moves that play with footwork variations and lead-and-follow skills. We'll even focus on creating your own moves and stylings as we push forward into the third class. Get ready to be challenged and rediscover the joy in your Lindy Hop!

Class includes free admission to the dance party.
7:15pm - Level 2 Intermediate Lindy Hop ($14 drop-in)
8:15pm - Level 1 Beginning Lindy Hop ($40 series, $14 drop-in)
9:15pm - 11:45pm - Dance Party! ($7)
($21 to drop in both Level 1 & 2)
Cash, Checks or Credit Cards are accepted before 10pm.
