Thank you for making St Patrick's Day a memorable and happening night at Wednesday Night Hop! We hope you had a good time looking for the leprechaun and watching the Rhythm Honeys perform during the evening. Congratulations to Richard Perkins for being a savvy leprechaun hunter and winning a pot of gold!

This will be the last week of the March series classes, but there be a 5th week drop-in workshop class at the very end of the month March 31st. Read on for workshop descriptions.

2. Lessons March: California Routine & Charleston with Kim & Gilles!

Kim & Gilles are wrapping up this month series. It's time to put together everything you learnt this month, and some more.
Level 1 - Lindy Hop: From Swing Out to Charleston and Back
8:15 - 9:15pm
Level 2 - Lindy Hop: The California Routine
7:15 - 8:15pm
*** 5TH WEEK SPECIAL! ***
There are FIVE weeks in March! Kim and Gilles will be giving a special workshop/stand alone class at the end of the month. Come drop in at the end of the month!
Level 1 - Lindy Hop: Spice Up your 20s Charleston
8:15 - 9:15pm
The Charleston was popularized in the 1920s and became one of the major roots of the Lindy Hop. Kim and Gilles will start with the basic steps, and will show you how to spice them up with exciting variations, beyond what you learnt if you took this month's series.
Level 2 - Lindy Hop: Throws and Lifts from in the California routine
7:15 - 8:15pm
The Lindy Hop is well-known for its musical integration of throws and lifts with dancing. Kim and Gilles will teach the technique and connection necessary to safely do throws and lifts found in the California Routine. You don’t need to know the routine, but it will perfectly complement those who have learned it. You can choose to bring your own partner if you feel you’ll be more comfortable.

Class includes free admission to the dance party.
7:15pm - Level 2 Intermediate Lindy Hop ($14 drop-in)
8:15pm - Level 1 Beginning Lindy Hop ($14 drop-in)
9:15pm - 11:45pm - Dance Party with DJ Alex F! ($7 Dance party)
($21 to drop in both Level 1 & 2)
Cash, Checks or Credit Cards are accepted before 10pm.

Wednesday Night offers $70 value pre-paid punch cards for entrance to the dance only. Each card gets you 10 admissions to the dance party be it a band night or a special party or performance. No more messing around with cash at the door. Just present your card and sign in!
If you signed up for the class series and you would like to introduce Lindy Hop to someone who has never been to Wednesday Night Hop before, ask your instructor for a 2-for-1 coupon. You can sign up for your next series class for only $25 for the continuing student and $25 for the brand new dancer! Spread the gospel of swing!
