Our second week of 2010 with the Solomon Douglas Quartet knocked the roof off of Wednesday Night Hop! Our own Jeff Clark had a birthday with socks iced onto his cake. Double or Nothing sent Molly Martindill off to her wedding with fun and inspiring performance. AND DJ Scott Dylewski kept us spinning during the band breaks! For a video, check this link:

2. Lessons January: Lessons Continue with Trevor & Audrey!

*** 3rd WEEK! ***
Classes continue with Trevor & Audrey! This is the third week of the four week series classes, but you can still drop in to catch some new moves or get a leg up on the next series starting in February.
Level 1 - Lindy Hop: Building Your Repertoire with Trevor & Audrey
8:15 - 9:15pm
Time to cash in on that new year's resolution! We're kicking off the year with a new batch of exciting classes. This month in the level 1 class, we'll be covering the fundamentals of the Lindy Hop, including footwork, connection, turns, slick moves, and, most importantly, having a good time (which is *extremely* important).
Level 2 - Lindy Hop Technique & Flow with Trevor & Audrey
7:15 - 8:15pm
No dance is ever the same, even when danced to the same song. Many dynamic things come into play: communication, inertia, connection, and inspiration. In this intermediate series class, we will give you moves, fundamentals, and techniques that will help get you to that next level of dancing.
*** PRICING & SCHEDULE ***
Class includes free admission to the dance party.
7:15pm - Level 2 Intermediate Lindy Hop ($14 drop-in)
8:15pm - Level 1 Beginning Lindy Hop ($14 drop-in)
9:15pm - 11:45pm - Dance Party with DJ Shane! ($7)
($21 to drop in both Level 1 & 2)
Cash, Checks or Credit Cards are accepted before 10pm.
Only cash or checks accepted after 10pm.

Wednesday Night offers $70 value pre-paid punch cards for entrance to the dance only. Each card gets you 10 admissions to the dance party be it a band night or a special party or performance. No more messing around with cash at the door. Just present your card and sign in!
If you signed up for the class series and you would like to introduce Lindy Hop to someone who has never been to Wednesday Night Hop before, ask your instructor for a 2-for-1 coupon. You can sign up for your next series class for only $25 for the continuing student and $25 for the brand new dancer! Spread the gospel of swing!
