This Friday is the Menlo-Atherton Swing & Sway Big Band Bance! Margaret Winters will be selling discounted tickets at WNH. This is your chance to hear the new generation playing your favorite tunes and to show them why you love Lindy Hop so much.

1. THIS WEEK: October 28th - DJ Eddie! Musical Masquerade, Food & Fun!

This is our final week of classes, you can still drop in but be ready to be challenged if you've missed the previous weeks. Master Jam Thief graduation is this week for Level 2, and you will be rolling away in Tandem Charleston in Level 1. But don't cycle away, the party is just getting started!
DJ Eddie is in the house this week, and we're so excited to hear his tunes.
** MUSICAL MASQUERADE **
Boo! Halloween is upon us and if you haven't turned into a pumpkin, come to Wednesday Night Hop for our annual Musical Masquerade Dance Party. Dress up as your favorite Swing Song and enter our costume contest to win special prizes!
Did you hear the "Buzz, Buzz, Buzz?" Well, "Everyday I Have the Blues" because we can't have Wednesday Night Hop every night! So, I just put on my "Shiny Stockings" and eat some "Potato Chips" until my "Fine Brown Frame" feels better! Sounds familiar? These are just a few of costume songs from last year, can you top if off?

Level 1 - Lindy 101: Get on the Dance Floor! - Gilles & Megan
8:15 - 9:15pm
If you are completely new to Lindy Hop, this series is for you! If you have already taken other Level 1 classes, this series is also for you! Gilles and Megan will show you a new approach to Lindy fundamentals to get you out on the floor dancing with ease.
Level 2 - Modern Spin On Moves Every Lindy Hopper Should Know - Gilles & Megan
7:15 - 8:15pm
This series is filled with exciting moves that should be in your dance vocabulary, along with some cool modern variations on these classics. There will be some tucking and turning, cool tandem entrances, some whirling and most definitely some spinning - because everybody knows Megan loves to spin.
