May All Heads Break Loose!
Let's party like a Mad Hatter who's not right in the head! Everything shoulders and up will get wild (while our trusty feet will hopefully keep the last bits of sanity). It's time to decorate -- masks and feathers, face paintings and temp tats, kooky earrings and wacky glasses, hats, wigs, crazy hairdos, and anything else that will catch your creative fancy! It's like the crazy hair day -- only much, much better!
Oh there will be prizes, and -- pssst! -- maybe even a crown for the best decorated muzzle!
